Lol i know this theory has more holes then swiss cheese but i just wanna be apart of the encanto fandom. Tbh i also might spell stuff wrong.
So like, my theory is that mirabel has a gift, and it was emotions. Because when extremely emotional stuff happens, it usally sort of connects with mirabel. When someone bursts into song, (and they are very emotional) mirabel can connect with them. She can also see all of their struggles and see all the weird things that happen when they sing. (Like what the viewers see.)She is the only one who can connect and reach out to them. Also, the casita responds to mirabels emotions, and when the cracks in the casita reach Luisa’s door, her powers stop working. But mirabels emotions get stronger as the cracks form. This is why she does not have a door. Because emotions cannot be limited like powers can. So when the cracks form, and everyone’s powers fail, mirabel is the only one who can bring them back together, using her gift when the others could not. And at the end, going in to the rebuilt casita, the magic is restored, which shows that she has some magic in her. But when she opens the door, instead of just her on the door like when everybody else got their gift, her door had her family on it, showing her connection with her family and how her gift brings people together.
OMG THIS THEORY SUCKS

2022.01.19 01:36 MotorOption6600 There's too much to study
Every time I decide to study then realise how many chapters I need to cover in every subject. Then there's confusion in how to cover them, read book watch YouTube or what. There's confusion in what is deleted or not. What questions am I supposed to be practice. Teachers keep completing chapter after chapter and I don't know shit. Then one day final exam will come. I don't want to fail.

I recently noticed that three of my four speakers are not working. Any ideas of how this could've happened or how I can go about fixing it? It's extremely odd that this happened?

2022.01.19 01:36 nebrjen Chromecast won't work with the one app I bought it for
Hopefully this isn't too confusing...
New to Chromecast but I have a smart tv at home with a Chromecast that works great with Les Mills workout app on my Android phone.
So I bought another one for my work tv(older non-smart flat screen tv) Everything connected fine. But the second one won't work with the Les Mills app. Tried Disney+ to see it that worked. Yes it did.
Came home. Tried it again on my home tv. Les Mills still works fine there.

2022.01.19 01:36 ulwd64 Cabbage patch for joint pain
In 2003, Bristol, UK. This 72-year-old grandma is in the hospital for her knee surgery due to osteoarthritis. After the operation on her left knee, when her doctors visit her in the recovery, they find her with a cabbage patch on her non-operated knee. When they asked about the cabbage, She said that this was the only measure that provided relief from the symptoms of her osteoarthritis and that the outer cabbage leaves fitted well with the shape of her knee. The doctors were amazed by this, so they shared the story with this picture in Minerva, BMJ (It's a kind of formal form for doctors and scientists).
Apparently, the use of fresh cabbage leaves on inflammation is well known in European folk medicine, and therefore a lot of European doctors weren't amazed.
In response to the article, one of the doctors says that he was amazed to see this photograph, not because that cabbage leaf was used, but that this was considered newsworthy. And that he recommends it for anyone with acute inflammation.
Another doctor says, "Freshly washed cabbage leaves are known in European folk medicine as the poor man's poultice. There is nothing new about this ancient remedy used to help reduce all types of painful swelling. You may even find that there is a cache of cabbage in the fridge of your local maternity unit. So there is nothing freakish or stupid about the woman pictured in Minerva who used it over her painful knee."
Yes, this story was lovely but guess what, Some scientists and doctors did a randomized controlled trial in Germany in 2016. And showed that cabbage patches are an effective treatment for knee pain in osteoarthritis patients. It is more effective than usual care with pain medication. link to the study.
All this is just making me chuckle. And I am quite eager to try this when I get some joint pain next time and walk around the house with cabbage leaves stuck to my knees, looking all silly. I think it might be effective for people with lupus as well as the autoimmune process same in both diseases. Moreover, it is also said to work generally on inflammation. If anyone tries it after reading this, please let me know how it goes.
